Membership
CamDocUK’s membership continues to grow. Over the last few years our meetings have been characterised by intense debate and a true desire to help improve the lot of our fellow countryman. Our chairman set out his blueprint for the next couple of years. These were mentorship, professional development, activities in Cameroon and international cooperation with other medical groups in the diaspora.
Amongst CamDocUK’s core objectives is the provision of mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues. We need to continue to be our brother’s keepers. We must also become more actively involved with the Cameroonian community in the UK and this along with our efforts in Cameroon will improve the health of our communities. We are particularly proud of our association with the University of Buea medical school and are working on forging relationships with hospitals and other medical schools all over Cameroon.
